How to Order:

1. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed by phone, email or on our website.
  • Indicate your custom apparel's specifications.
  • Upload the file. Don't have artwork but need help designing? Don't worry! We have experienced graphic designers who can help!

2. Processing Your Order

  • Our Customer Service team will contact you regarding your order.
  • Our Graphic Designer and Pre-Press team will review your file. This includes editing files and converting them to the vector format as needed.
  • If the file has issues, we will put the order on hold and contact you to resolve this.

3. Proof

  • A digital proof will be provided via email for approval. The order is on hold until the proof is approved.

4. Production

  • After the proof is approved, this is when your custom apparel's turnaround begins.
